Olivia Tutors

​Olivia lives in Halton Hills, Ontario and has been running a successful tutoring business since April 2017. In April 2023, she graduated from Lakehead University with an Honours Bachelor of Arts and Sciences (HBASc) degree, achieving a cumulative average of 90%. In September 2023, Olivia started her Bachelor of Education (BEd) degree and completed three placements at Boyne Public School (Grade 2), Ethel Gardiner Public School (Grade 3/4), and Robert Little Public School (Grade 5/6). Olivia has a strong understanding of Mathematics which allows her to explain concepts clearly and effectively. She is patient with her students and understands that everyone learns at their own pace. Olivia adapts her tutoring methods based on the needs of each individual student, whether they require additional practice, alternative explanations, or different learning activities. She also provides constructive feedback to help her students improve, highlighting their strengths and areas for growth. Olivia is approachable, relatable, and creates a comfortable learning environment where students feel encouraged to ask questions and seek help.​​​​​​
